FAQ

Q:  Why do I keep getting an error message at checkout saying "payment failed due to technical problem?"

A:  The website is unable to process information that is auto-filled or auto-completed from your browser.  Try manually entering in your card information and submitting payment again. 


Q:  Where are my CEUs?  They are not on my ASET transcript. 

A:  CEUs are sent to ASET after each educational event (webinar, annual conference, etc.) and monthly for recorded webinars.  ASET will apply CEUs to transcripts as they are received, but please note they are behind due to having switched to their new website.  If you have any questions, please reach out to info@csetneuro.org and put "CEU" in subject line. 

Q:  I am presenting one day at CSET and want to purchase a ticket for the other day.  How do I do this?

A:  Attendees are able to purchase more than one ticket/ticket type, but they need to be purchased separately.  Once you're logged in to your account, you can go back to the event page and select an additional ticket.
